Just me — always. I'm a sole trader and every clean is done personally by me, Chelsey. There are no agency staff, no subcontractors, and no surprises about who's turning up. You get the same face and the same standard every time.

£15 per hour, for every type of clean. That's it — no hidden extras, no call-out fees, no complicated packages. I'll give you an upfront estimate of how long your home will take before we start.

No, lots of customers simply leave a key or let me in before they head out. Because you always know it's me coming — not a different person each time — many customers feel comfortable doing this. We can chat about what works best for you when you get in touch.

I'm based in Wyberton, Boston, and cover anywhere within about a 15–20 minute drive of there. If you're not sure whether that includes you, just drop me a message or give me a call and I'll let you know.

A regular clean covers the main surfaces, floors, bathrooms, and kitchen — the things that need doing on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to keep your home tidy. A deep clean goes further — skirting boards, behind furniture, inside cupboards, and all the spots that get missed in a standard clean. Many customers start with a deep clean and then move to regular cleans after that.

No. There's no contract required. You're welcome to try a one-off clean first to see if you're happy, and take it from there. I'd rather earn your trust than lock you in — most regular customers stay because they want to, not because they have to.

I'll always do my best to fit you in, especially for end of tenancy jobs where timing matters. Get in touch as early as possible and I'll let you know my availability. A bit of notice goes a long way, but don't hesitate to ask even if it's urgent.
